Vestibular and cochlear function tests were. carried out.. In the both cases, spontaneous nystagmus was not observed, however, induced nystagmus was found in the positioning test. Fistula test revealed nystagmus lateralized to the lesion side. In the gait and stepping tests, falling and unsteady reaction to the lesion side were observed.
